General rules to be a speaker in a WordPress Meetup.

• Those papers and workshops whose sole purpose is to sell a product or commercial service, even from third parties, are not permitted.
• If you talk about a Software, theme or plugin must have Gpl. The latter is very important.
• The WordPress image and logo should be put to good use. The rules of the foundation of WordPress must be fulfilled.
